As he branched out onto his own, he obtained his ASE Technician Certification and worked for a well-known business in the area. He later began building Reardon's Automotive and Diagnostics LLC from his personal home garage before ultimately opening Reardon's Automotive and Diagnostics LLC at its current Odlin Road location.

Dani handles the day-to-day and administrative aspects of the business.
